Upcoming News & Events At The Murrysville Rifle Club:
- There will be a 3-position small bore rifle match May 18-19. Other ranges will be closed for this event.
- Hunter Education Classes. Sign up at the Pennsylvania Game Commission Website. This course is required in order to purchase your first hunting license. No fee is charged and anyone is welcome, attendees do not need to be club members. Next classes:
- April 21, 2024, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Sept. 8, 2024, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Oct. 20, 2024, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Nov. 10, 2024, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Nov. 17, 2024, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- The Junior Rife Team is currently meeting for practice on Monday evenings, contact us for more information. Shooters do not need to be club members, anyone is welcome. New shooters welcome, no experience needed, safety training is include.
- Sight-In Day is November TBD from 10:00am to 4:00pm, this day is open to the public. Targets will be available
- The All Sportsmen’s Trap League needs someone to setup and run the operation and new equipment. For more information contact Pat O’Mahony at 412-877-8808 or pato.ht1@gmail.com. Membership to the club is not required, new trap shooters welcome, no experience needed, safety training will be provided.
